We were approached by another homeowner on Godfrey Street who became aware of the planning approval we were able to secure previously.

So this second application was designed with the same approach as with the first application with the balustrade forming the street front  to Godfrey Street being set back from the parapet edge.

Our design and access statement referred to the previous approval but also the planning appeal and planning approval was granted at the first attempt this time.

This roof terrace is currently under construction and should be completed later this year.
